This smoothie is just loaded with vitamins and minerals. You’ll get a whole day’s worth of vitamin C in just one smoothie – plus lots of calcium, magnesium, folate and vitamin A.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ice
