[Video] Keep Lots of These Early Morning ENERGY BALLS in the Fridge!



These tasty Energy Ball snacks are loaded with healthy nutrition from a brilliant combination of ingredients. No cooking … just use a blender and a mixing bowl to make these golf-ball-sized treats in a matter of minutes.
Great for early morning energy … no need for coffee!


Here’s the full list of ingredients:

1 banana
8 figs, halved
½ cup water
1 cup quick oats
½ cup chunky peanut butter
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup cashews, chopped
½ cup pistachios, chopped
1 cup granola
½ cup almonds, chopped
½ cup walnuts, chopped




Here are the easy preparation steps to make a batch of these delicious Energy Balls:

1. In a blender, blend banana, water and figs into a loose paste.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until one thick, homogenous paste.

3. Roll into golf-ball-sized balls and store in refrigerator.
