Make This Berry Yogurt Super-Smoothie in less than 5-Minutes!

Here’s a super-simple, healthy gluten-free Berry Yogurt Smoothie that’s loaded with fiber, vitamins and protein to keep you full and energized throughout the day. This makes a perfect on-the-go breakfast if you’re in a rush in the morning, and a perfect mid-afternoon snack.

Drinking a smoothie in between meals helps me stay full throughout the day and keeps me from snacking. They are also an easy way to add extra fruit into your diet.

Quick and easy to make in less than 5 minutes: just blend fresh or frozen fruit (banana and berries work well) with Greek yogurt and a liquid of your choice (milk, juice, coconut water—whatever you like).

Note that this smoothie has no added sugar since the banana and berries add a natural sweetness.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make 2 servings:

¾ cup fresh blueberries
¾ cup fresh blackberries
5.3 ounce package plain Greek yogurt
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 whole banana

You can substitute frozen berries in this smoothie but I prefer fresh myself.

Follow these simple steps to make this Berry Yogurt Smoothie:

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse for 30 seconds.

2. Stir and pulse again for another 30 seconds until blended.

3. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.

4. Garnish with blueberries and blackberries if desired.
