Now just follow these 5 easy preparation steps to make a mug of this healthy and delicious Almond-Banana Bread:
1. Stir together the almond flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt in a large (12-ounce) mug.
2. In a small bowl, mash the banana well with a fork. Whisk in the milk, honey, and egg.
3. Stir this mixture into the dry ingredients in the mug. Stir in nuts.
4. Microwave on high for 2½ to 3 minutes, until bread is puffed and done.
