Tasty & Versatile Make-Ahead CHIA BREAKFAST CEREAL (Video)



Now just follow these easy steps to prepare this flavorful Chia Hemp Buckwheat Cereal to store in the fridge, and then enjoy for an early morning treat:

1. Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and mix. Store the cereal in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 months.

2. When ready to eat, place 3-4 spoonfuls of cereal in a bowl.

3. Add 4 tbsp of almond milk.

4. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes.

5. Add fresh fruit or berries if desired.
