1 cup chia seeds
1 cup hemp seeds
1 cup raw buckwheat groats
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup almonds
1 tsp cinnamon

If you just want to make a single serving for now, then use these measurements:

1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of hemp seeds
1 tbsp of buckwheat groats
a few dried cranberries and almonds
