Wake up in the morning with an awesome Crock-Pot Breakfast Casserole that you started the evening before. Picture this freshly cooked casserole, ready and waiting as a delicious and nutritious breakfast!


For this recipe you will need all the usual ingredients you would use to make a casserole, like bacon, eggs and cheese, except this meal will cook all by itself while you sleep. What can be better than that!



For this Crock-Pot Breakfast Casserole you’ll need:

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 bag hash brown potatoes
  • ¾ c. milk
  • 1½ c. cheddar cheese
  • ¼ onion
  • 6 pieces of bacon

To taste:

  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill
  • garlic salt/powder



Directions to Make a Crock-Pot Breakfast Casserole



This recipe requires some preparation, but it is all just a matter of minutes.

1. In a skillet cook bacon and sauté onions.

2. Whisk together eggs and milk, and dice bacon and shred the cheese.

3. Start putting the ingredients into the crock-pot in the following order:

– hash browns

– ⅓ of your bacon

– a spoon full of onions

– seasonings

– ⅓ of egg mixture.

4. Repeat until you use all the ingredients or until you reach almost the top of your crock-pot leaving some room at the very top.

5. Cook for 5 hours on low.

Cook longer if you want … Then enjoy your freshly cooked casserole in the morning!
