Crazy Crunchy Smoothie Bowl



Now follow these steps to make this special Crazy Crunchy Smoothie Bowl:

Start making the Coconut Banana Oats Smoothie:

1. Mix together the oats, 1/2 cup coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla and salt in a small bowl.

2. Cover and place in the fridge for for at least 30 minutes or preferably overnight.

Next, prepare the Crunchy Black Sesame Quinoa Cereal:

3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

4. Line two baking sheets with parchment or a silicone baking mat.

5. In a large bowl add the quinoa, almonds, cashews, sesame seeds and flax seeds.

6. Stir in the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, instant coffee and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

7. Dump the mixture out over the 2 prepared baking sheets and spread evenly.

8. Bake for 35-50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until lightly golden brown all over.

9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before storing.
