Easy Make-Ahead Blueberry & Almond Butter Oats for Breakfast


Here’s how to mix up a Blueberry & Almond Butter Overnight Oats breakfast:

  1. The night before, place oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, milk and salt in a small glass jar or container with a lid. Stir well to combine and make sure chia seeds are not clumping together or sticking to the jar. Cover with lid and place in fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning, sweeten as desired (you may not need any if your milk is naturally sweet). Then top with almond butter and blueberries.

  3. Enjoy immediately, or place lid back on and take it to go.

Note: Remember the proportion of 1 part oats to 2 parts milk, then you can adjust the quantity to your appetite.
