Here’s how to mix up a Blueberry & Almond Butter Overnight Oats breakfast:
- The night before, place oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, milk and salt in a small glass jar or container with a lid. Stir well to combine and make sure chia seeds are not clumping together or sticking to the jar. Cover with lid and place in fridge overnight.
- In the morning, sweeten as desired (you may not need any if your milk is naturally sweet). Then top with almond butter and blueberries.
- Enjoy immediately, or place lid back on and take it to go.
Note: Remember the proportion of 1 part oats to 2 parts milk, then you can adjust the quantity to your appetite.

It needs more protein from protein powder but I haven’t found a good one. Also, exchange almond milk for organic coconut milk unless you make your own almond milk. Both not from cartons!
Okay. Maybe I can try it after our trip.
Bridget Kelly a fun recipe to try??

This is awesome. Due to my nut allergy i use flax milk and sun butter (sunflower butter).
Do you just mix everything together and refrigerate? I’ve never made overnight oats before
