Banana Yogurt Smoothie



Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make a healthy Almond Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie:

4 large strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
3 ounces soy yogurt (or regular yogurt if you prefer)
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
12 raw almonds
3 ice cubes (skip if you are using frozen fruit)

The preparation instructions are simple:

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately.
