Easy & Healthy Super-Pancake Recipes (Video)



Joanna explains that there’s more than one way to make Super-Delicious Pancakes and shows how to make 3 of her favorite healthy pancake recipes in a short video (on the next page). Joanna is definitely a pancake fanatic! And all of her recipes leave out the unhealthy fats and sugar.


Her top 3 healthy pancake favorites are:


1) Hearty Oatmeal Pancakes
2) 2-Ingredient Pancakes
3) Sweet Potato Pancakes


If you don’t want to use a blender, then just make the 2-Ingredient Pancake recipe in a bowl:

  1. Mash your banana with a fork.
  2. Then in another bowl whisk the eggs.
  3. Mix both eggs and banana together.
  4. Viola, that’s your pancake batter!
