Healthy Organic Sports Drink Recipe (Video)


If your body is accustomed to healthy, organic food, then most regular sports drinks will likely be a shock to your system. It’s much better to make your own by combining organic coconut water with organic lemons and oranges for a sports drink with no added chemicals.


One danger typically hiding in normal sports drinks is a large amount of sugar that overwhelms the pancreas and inhibits the production of the insulin needed to transport blood sugar into the body where it is used to give you energy.
