7-Minute Apple Crisp (Video)


Follow these steps to make a delicious 7-Minute Apple Crisp:

  1. Heat coconut oil in a medium non-stick sauté pan.

  2. Add in chopped apples along with the cinnamon and salt.

  3. Cook apples for 5 minutes or until the apples are browned and fork tender.

  4. Serve in a small bowl and top with Greek yogurt and granola. Enjoy!
