Here’s another Quick-and-Easy Breakfast favorite:

4. Corn Tortillas & Eggs




This one’s really easy, too. I warm up some corn tortillas, scramble eggs, then I add some of my homemade salsa and some avocado. I bet my husband would add potatoes and hot sauce to this recipe.




Here’s our last Quick-and-Easy Breakfast favorite:

5. Oatmeal




Oatmeal is pretty universal when it comes to healthy and filling breakfast foods. (It’s also great for breastfeeding mamas!)


I boil a cup of water and add quick oats. Then I add organic honey, cinnamon, brown sugar, and sliced banana on top.
