Five (5) of My Favorite Quick & Easy BREAKFAST Recommendations



Here is the first Quick-and-Easy Breakfast favorite:


1. Banana Smoothie

I got a similar recipe from a fellow blogger, and added some extra goodness that I like.


In a mixer, blend:
– one banana,
– 1/4 cup chilled coffee, and
– 2 tablespoons of almond butter.


I also made a quarter cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and honey for some added energy. You can place the oatmeal on the bottom or the top, or mix it in. It’s so yummy!




Here is the second Quick-and-Easy Breakfast favorite:

2. Poached Egg + English Muffin + Avocado




Make it just like it sounds; don’t forget to add salt and pepper to taste. Takes less than minutes to make!




Here’s another Quick-and-Easy Breakfast favorite:

3. Poached Egg + Ham + Cream Cheese




Poach the egg, warm the ham and serve on an English muffin spread with 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese. I toast my English muffin first.
