Special BANANA YOGURT BREAKFAST BOWL with Flavor to Spare!



This healthy Banana Yogurt Bowl recipe starts with whole fat yogurt, sliced banana, homemade granola, a scoop of natural peanut butter, unsweetened coconut … and then there are the pomegranate seeds and hemp seeds to make it extra special! As you can imagine, the added seeds provide lots of extra flavor to make this a special treat.


Here is the full list of ingredients to make one of these Banana Yogurt Bowls:

1/2 cup your favorite whole fat yogurt
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
1/2 banana, sliced
1 heaping teaspoon hemp seeds
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
small scoop natural peanut butter, optional
small handful your favorite granola

The preparation instructions couldn’t be easier:

Simply dump it all in a bowl and call it good!
