Have fun watching Alfie’s “How To” video with Jamie Oliver showing how to make a healthy smoothie. Jamie’s first objective is to make this healthy and nutritious. Then the challenge is to balance sweet & sour for a perfect flavor.


Start with a fresh banana, a half-pint of any kind of milk or yogurt and then some frozen berries. An important secret ingredient is the juice of 1/2 lime.


For a breakfast smoothie, add a handful of nuts and a handful of porridge oats.
