Now just follow these simple steps to make these delicious Banana Cream Protein Pancakes:
1. Mix the yogurt, milk, and rolled oats together the night before (it will be thick!…just try to coat the oats).
2. Cover and store in the fridge.
3. In the morning, toss everything into the blender and puree or you can use an immersion blender.
4. Heat the butter or oil in a non-stick skillet. Pour out a few tablespoons for each pancake onto the pan (I can usually fit about 3 in a 19 inch skillet).< 5. Fry for 2-3 minutes each side, until the middle is cooked through. 6. Serve with maple syrup or a bit more coconut oil.
