1/4 cup (60 ml) potato starch
1-1/2 tsp (7.5 ml) baking powder

1 Tbsp (15 ml) cinnamon
1/4 tsp (1 ml) pure stevia powder or liquid, to your taste
1/3 cup (40 g) lightly toasted walnut pieces or chopped walnuts
