Healthy Crispy Chickpea Snacks (Video)



These popular, crunchy, crispy Roasted Chickpea Snacks are low-fat and easy to make.
Watch how to make a quick bowl of these healthy and delicious treats in a short video.



The ingredients are simple:

– 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
– salt for seasoning



The instructions are simple, too:

1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F / 220 degrees C


2. Pour a can of drained chickpeas onto a non-stick baking tray


3. season all the chickpeas with salt


4. place your baking tray into the oven for 30 minutes


5. enjoy!

Tip: don’t add oil to the chickpeas before going into the oven since this just delays the chickpeas getting crunchy take longer to bake! We want our chickpea snack to be crunchy, not oily. This also make them much lower in fat!
