[Video] You’ll Love Cassey’s EASY COOKIE Recipe … Especially with Added CRANBERRIES!



Did you know that you can easily bake up some delicious healthy cookies using only 2 basic ingredients? Just grab 1 banana and 1 cup of dry oats. No added sugars. All natural ingredients. Baking cookies doesn’t get any easier than this!


If you want more color and more flavor you can add berries, but it is totally optional. Try fresh cranberries for healthy tartiness, or add raisins or dried cranberries (craisins) for a sweeter taste.


Mush everything in a bowl with your hands then scoop onto a cookie sheet (or aluminum foil). Then bake at 350F for 15-20 min or until slightly golden.

  1. Hi Casey! I love your recipes,your energy, and well you are just so darn sweet! I have a challenge for you! I have just found out I am allergic to eggs, wheat, barley, rye, kidney beans, brewers yeast. I am also lactose intolerant lol yeah….my main challenge is breakfast!,the rest is basically msat, veg I can handle that. Breakfast well….I can’t keep eating rice cereal because they REALLY make you pack on the pounds Can you help me? I will be making these cookies with gluten free oats for sure! Thanks in advance , keep up the great recipes!
