An Extremely Satisfying CANTALOUPE BOWL BREAKFAST (or SNACK) Recipe!



This is a healthy, gluten-free snack that is perfect if you are looking for protein and something to curb your appetite for hours. Just take a medium-size cantaloupe, scoop out the seeds and pulp, and fill with cottage cheese and other healthy ingredients. Each serving provides 30 grams of protein from cottage cheese: primarily casein protein that digests slowly in the stomach to keep you full for hours.


This delicious creation is also packed with vitamins B and C as well as beta-carotene that is good for a healthy complexion.


Here are the recommended ingredients:

1/2 medium cantaloupe
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon walnut pieces
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Sprinkle the walnuts and cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
