5 3/4 ounces (if desired, gluten-free) rolled oats (2 cups)
8 1/4 ounces pitted and halved dates (1 1/2 cups)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 ounces chopped granny smith apples (or similar) (2 cups)

  1. Can you substitute another nut for the pecans? Family isn’t big on pecans. Like pistachios? I don’t know much about dates.
