If you are looking for a quick and healthy way to get started in the morning, just make this delicious Breakfast Protein Smoothie. The protein packed into this refreshing drink provides an extra boost of energy for morning activities and a busy day ahead!

Here are the ingredients you’ll need for this recipe that Jason has perfected, but you can always make some substitutes to fit personal preferences and what’s already on the shelf in your pantry:
 

Half a cup of low fat milk
Half a cup of plain yogurt
1 Large banana
1 Cup of frozen blueberries
1/5 of a cup of almond meal
3-4 Tablespoons of protein powder
1 Tablespoon of honey
