Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make the delicious 16 oz. Almond Coconut Smoothie:
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 frozen banana
2 big handfuls of spinach (or kale)
1 tsp chia seeds (Optional)
8-10 goji berries (Optional)
The preparation steps are simple:
1. Combine all ingredients except for chia seeds and goji berries in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed until you a reach a smooth consistency.
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle with chia seeds and goji berries.
