4 cups water
1 cup steel cut oats
4 bananas, sliced
8 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
4 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar

Now follow these easy preparation steps:

1. Bring oats and water to a rapid boil in a medium heavy sauce pan that has a tight fitting lid. Boil for 3 minutes, reducing heat if necessary to keep it from boiling over.
