How To Make Quick & Yummy Banana Bread in a Mug (Video)



Enjoy this healthy Banana Bread Mug Cake for breakfast, as a snack or even for dessert! Note that this recipe uses all-natural ingredients and has been carefully crafted to provide lots of flavor. It’s also filling without making you feel stuffed.

Mix it up the night before and microwave it off fresh the next morning or whenever you want your snack.

Here are the ingredients you’ll need for 1 serving:

¼ cup ripe mashed banana (around a ⅓ of a banana/ 3 inches)
1 tablespoons honey, agave or maple syrup
1 tablespoon flavorless oil (coconut, veg, canola, sunflower etc)
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp oat flour (you can use white flour too if you like)
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp blueberries, frozen or fresh (optional)
