1 tablespoon maple syrup, honey or agave nectar
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons flavorless oil (veg, canola or coconut oil)
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 tablespoons rolled oats or quick-cooking
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon chopped nuts


Calories per serving: 261

You can also be creative and replace the coconut with your own preference of fruit and nuts.
