1 Cup chocolate milk
2 bananas (frozen preferably, but not required)
1 Tablespoon dark, unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tablespoons almond butter
Handful of ice
The preparation steps to make these delicious and nutrition Chocolate Almond Smoothie Bowls are simple:
1. Place all items in a powerful blender. Pulse until smooth.
2. Add desired toppings.
3. Serve immediately.
NOTES: Add more or less milk to adjust the consistency you like. For a thicker consistency you could also add another (frozen) banana.
