Here is another one of my favorite &#8220;overnight oatmeal&#8221; recipes that only takes 5 minutes to make in the evening before heading for bed. When you get up in the morning, it&#8217;s ready to eat so you&#8217;ll have a delicious and nutritious breakfast.<br />

The basic ingredients for overnight oatmeal are:<br />

This is not really cheesecake, but it tastes pretty much the same! Make this simple, creamy, crunchy snack in 5 minutes &#8212; no cooking required. This healthy <strong>Apple Cheesecake Bowl</strong> recipe calls for Greek yogurt, apples and granola so it good for breakfast as well as a snack.<br />

For each bowlful you will need:</p>

<li>1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt</li>
<li>A dash of cinnamon and nutmeg</li>
<li>A pinch of your favorite sweetener (I used stevia)</li>
<li>2 tbsp. granola</li>
<li>1 small apple</li>
</ul>

Here are the 4 easy steps to make this delicious and nutritious <strong>Apple Cheesecake Bowl:</strong></p>

You may not be interested in this 2-minute video this if you are allergic to peanut butter &#8230; but, on the other hand, you still might appreciate the ideas with bananas, Greek yogurt, old-fashioned oats and other two ingredients!</p>
<p>After you watch this, let me know if you have some more creative ideas to share. (My personal favorite is the High Protein Banana Oatmeal.)</p>

This layered <strong>Yogurt Parfait</strong> recipe is quick and easy to make &#8230; for breakfast, snacking or dessert.  It&#8217;s also a perfect on-the-run treat that features a delightful crunch with chopped roasted almonds. Each bite is also filled with sweet, juicy fruit.<br />
</br></p>
<blockquote><p>3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt<br />
2 tablespoons almond butter (see *Note)<br />
1 tablespoon honey<br />
1/4 cup halved grapes<br />
3 strawberries, quartered<br />
2 tablespoons chopped roasted almonds<br />
</br><br />
*Note: If you&#8217;re not an almond butter fan, swap in peanut butter or sunflower seed butter. You can also use agave nectar in place of the honey.</p></blockquote>
<p><em>The preparation instructions are simple:</em><br />
