Use your microwave oven instead of a griddle to make healthy <strong>Blueberry &#8220;Pancakes&#8221;</strong> in a mug, and you&#8217;re done in 6 minutes.<br />
</br><br />
This recipe calls for delicious frozen blueberries but you can always be creative and add bananas, strawberries or whatever healthy flavors you feel like! It&#8217;s often convenient to mix up the ingredients the night before and store in the fridge until you&#8217;re ready for breakfast.<br />
</br><br />
For each &#8220;pancake&#8221; you&#8217;ll need the following ingredients:</p>
<blockquote><p>3 tbsp flour<br />
1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda<br />
2 tsp maple syrup/ honey/ agave<br />
1 tbsp milk<br />
1 tbsp flavorless oil (canola, coconut, vegetable etc)<br />
1 egg<br />
1 tbsp blueberries, frozen</p></blockquote>

<p>Here are the easy preparation instructions:</p>

<li>Whisk together all ingredients in a microwave safe mug. Mix thoroughly until no lumps.</li>

<li>Microwave roughly for 1 minute (timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary)</li>
<p></br></p>
<li>Enjoy immediately!</li>
<p></br></p>
<li>Top with a little maple syrup and some more blueberries</li>
</ol>

Whoever thought of cooking eggs in a microwave was a genius! Since you can cook a perfect egg in a microwave oven, it makes sense to use the microwave to cook up an <strong>omelette! </strong>You can even make it up the night before and store in the fridge until you&#8217;re hungry &#8230;</p>
<p>Eggs are a natural fast food, inexpensive and full of protein. Add whatever little bits you have in your fridge to make a complete meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and call it an omelette, or whatever. Serve with some toast and you have a complete meal.</p>
<p>The following ingredients are recommended to start with for each delicious &#8220;omelette&#8221;:</p>

<li class="ingredient">2 eggs</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tbsp milk</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 scallion or green onion chopped</li>
<li class="ingredient">1 tsp parsley</li>

Follow these steps to make a perfect vegetarian <strong>Mug Omelette</strong>:<br />

This Breakfast-In-a-Mug is different and fun when you realize that there&#8217;s no reason to restrict the combination of peanut butter &#038; jelly to just sandwiches for lunch. Enjoy a healthy <strong>Peanut Butter &#038; Jelly Oatmeal Mug</strong> to kick start the day. It&#8217;s packed with protein, slow energy releasing carbs and some fruity sweetness for a wholesome breakfast.<br />

Here are the ingredients you&#8217;ll need for each mug:<br />

<li class="ingredient">3 tbsp rolled Oats (not quick or steel cut oats)</li>
<li class="ingredient">6 tbsp water</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tbsp Nut milk (or regular milk)</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tsp peanut butter</li>
<li class="ingredient">2 tsp Raspberry/ Strawberry Jelly (jam)</li>
</ul>

<p>Follow these easy preparation instructions to make one or more healthy <strong>Peanut Butter &#038; Jelly Oatmeal Mugs </strong>for breakfast:<br />

<li class="instruction">Whisk together all ingredients in a large microwave safe mug.</li>

<li class="instruction">Cook for 1 minute, then stop the stir. Cook again for another 1 minute stir and continue cooking until done. This stirring will stop it overheating and spilling over in your microwave. It will take roughly 3 minutes to cook in total</li>

Here&#8217;s how to make a healthy <strong>Blueberry Pancake</strong> in a mug without the hassle of a pan or a griddle. Use your microwave oven, instead, and you&#8217;re done in 6 minutes.<br />

This recipe calls for delicious frozen blueberries but you can always be creative and add bananas, strawberries or whatever healthy flavors you feel like! It&#8217;s often convenient to mix up the ingredients the night before and store in the fridge until you&#8217;re ready for breakfast.<br />

For each &#8220;pancake&#8221; you&#8217;ll need the following ingredients:<br />

<blockquote><p>3 tbsp flour<br />
1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda<br />
2 tsp maple syrup/ honey/ agave<br />
1 tbsp milk<br />
1 tbsp flavorless oil (canola, coconut, vegetable etc)<br />
