It&#8217;s actually the matured ovary of an avocado flower comprised of a tough outer skin covering the flesh of the fruit which is essentially a casing round a large seed in the middle.<br />

One of the major nutrients in an avocado is <em><strong>potassium</strong></em>. In fact:</p>

<p>However, the truth is that&nbsp;not all carbs&nbsp;are created equal.</p>
<p>Processed junk foods high in sugar and refined grains are definitely unhealthy and fattening.</p></blockquote>
<p>Here are 3&nbsp;more fruits that are&nbsp;healthy sources of carbs and good&nbsp;to include in your daily diet:</p>

<p>They are mainly composed of water and contain 11.8% carbs. Oranges are also a good source of fiber.</p>
