Lindsay shows how to make a delicious and easy breakfast the night before! Yummy French Toast!<br />
</br><br />
This is one of Lindsay&#8217;s breakfast recipes, especially when she&#8217;s having friends over early next morning. This way she doesn&#8217;t need to get up too early to make herself presentable.<br />
</br><br />
It&#8217;s easy to customize with different fruits or sauces and use a big loaf of french bread, or any other bread for this recipe:<br />
</br></p>
<blockquote><p>1. Cut your bread into one-inch-thick slices.<br />
</br><br />
2. Whisk together:<br />
</br></p>
<ul dir="ltr">
<li>9 eggs</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups of milk</li>
<li>2 tbsp of vanilla</li>
<li>1/2 tsp baking powder.</li>
</ul>
<p></br><br />
3. Arrange slices of bread on a baking sheet, pour the mixture over the bread, turning them to make sure they&#8217;re fully coated.<br />
</br><br />
4. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.</p></blockquote>
<p></br></p>
<p>Then, in the morning:<br />
</br></p>
<blockquote><p>Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange the slices in a baking dish and cover with frozen fruit, and sprinkle with more cinnamon and sugar.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.</p></blockquote>

<p>In this video Sara Lynn shows how to make super-delicious and healthy muffins for breakfast, including her awesome <strong>Bacon &amp; Egg Breakfast Muffins</strong>. Here are the ingredients that you&#8217;ll need:<br />

<blockquote><p>1 cup whole wheat flour<br />
1 cup all purpose flour<br />
1⁄2 cup sugar<br />
1 tbsp baking powder<br />
1⁄2 tsp salt<br />
2 eggs<br />
1⁄4 cup butter, melted<br />
1 cup plain yogurt<br />
2 green onions, finely chopped<br />
2 boiled eggs, chopped<br />
4 strips bacon, cooked and chopped<br />
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded</p>

<p>Sara Lynn also recommends spicing it up a bit with her special, homemade <strong>Chai Spice. </strong>Here&#8217;s the recipe ingredients to make this, too:<br />

1 part ground cloves<br />

Here&#8217;s how to make <strong>Bacon &amp; Egg Breakfast Muffins </strong>in 9 easy steps:<br />

<li>Preheat oven to 375 degrees.</li>

<li>In a large mixing bowl add dry ingredients and stir until well<br />
combined.</li>

<li>In a medium bowl whisk eggs, melted butter and yogurt.</li>

<li>Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix just until combined.</li>

<li>Mix in green onion, boiled eggs, bacon and cheddar cheese.</li>

Starting the day with a hearty 300-calorie breakfast can be the best way to get a healthy boost of early morning energy to cope with the morning rush. Don&#8217;t go overboard, though, since a breakfast plate loaded with more than 300 calories can be counter-productive and will probably take longer to prepare!</p>
<p>This breakfast can be prepared in less than 10 minutes and consists of 3 separate parts designed to (1) satisfy your sweet tooth, (2) curb your cravings for carbs and (3) tame your hunger for salty, savory protein. If this seems to be too much for you in the morning, then just focus on one or two of these parts to start the day.</p>
