Here&#8217;s something healthy and creative to do with that cantaloupe melon that you&#8217;d otherwise just eat with a little bit of salt to enhance the flavor. Make a healthier, gluten-free snack with extra protein that will also curb your appetite for hours.<br />

Just take a medium-size <em><strong>cantaloupe</strong></em>, scoop out the seeds and pulp, and fill with <em>cottage cheese</em> and a couple of other healthy ingredients. Each one of these servings provides 30 grams of protein from the cottage cheese: primarily <strong><em>casein protein</em></strong> that digests slowly in the stomach to keep you full for hours.<br />
</br><br />
This delicious creation is also packed with vitamins B and C as well as beta-carotene that helps to maintain a <em><strong>healthy complexion</strong></em>.<br />

Here are the recommended ingredients:</p>
