No need to go to Starbucks when you follow&nbsp;this creative recipe from Angela to make this addictive <strong><em>Pumpkin Spice Latte</em></strong> at home. Actually there are two recipes: first to make <em><strong>Salted Pumpkin Spice Syrup,</strong></em> and then to make a cup of <em><strong>expresso</strong></em> with the Salted Pumpkin Spice Syrup as one of the key ingredients. You can do all of this in 10 minutes.</p>
<p><em>This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, oil-free, refined sugar-free and soy-free.</em></p>
<p>Here are the ingredients you&#8217;ll need to make 3/4 cup of the special <em><strong>Salted Pumpkin Spice Syrup:</strong></em><br />

<li>1/2 cup coconut sugar</li>
<li>1/2 cup pure maple syrup</li>
<li>1/3 cup unsweetened pumpkin purée (see <em>Tip</em>)</li>

<li>1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon ground cloves</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt or other fine sea salt, or to taste</li>

2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder<br />
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon<br />
1/4 teaspoon salt<br />
2 tablespoons espresso powder<br />
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter<br />
1 egg<br />
1 cup granulated sugar<br />
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract<br />
1 cup milk<br />
3/4 cup cinnamon chips</p></blockquote>
<p><em>Now just follow these easy preparation instructions:</em></p>
<blockquote><p>1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.</p>
<p>2. Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with muffin liners.</p>
<p>3. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and espresso powder in a bowl; set aside.</p>
<p>4. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, egg, sugar and vanilla extract using a whisk. Whisk to combine throughly.</p>

<p>7. Divide the muffin batter among the muffin tins.</p>

<p>It is easy and straightforward to throw together&nbsp;in the morning with the following ingredients:<br />
