This is a healthy, gluten-free snack that is perfect if you are looking for protein and something to curb your appetite for hours. Just take a medium-size <em><strong>cantaloupe</strong></em>, scoop out the seeds and pulp, and fill with cottage cheese and other healthy ingredients. Each serving provides 30 grams of protein from <em><strong>cottage cheese</strong></em>: primarily <strong><em>casein protein</em></strong> that digests slowly in the stomach to keep you full for hours.<br />
