These delicious, healthy, no-bake <strong>Homemade Nut-Butter Cereal Bars</strong> take less than 5 minutes to prepare! They&#8217;re perfect for including in an energy-packed breakfast, and they also make perfect chewy between-meal snacks that are gluten free, vegan, oil-free and dairy free! They&#8217;re definitely healthier than traditional cereal bars since they contain NO butter, oil, marshmallows or white flour.<br />

Grab whatever leftover handfuls of breakfast cereal you happen to have on hand as one of the main ingredients: crispy rice cereal, Cheerios, or any mixture of whatever.<br />
</br><br />
Another featured ingredient is nut butter (such as almond butter or peanut butter).<br />
</br><br />
<em>Here are the 3 recommended ingredients to make approximately 10 of these delicious <strong>Nut-Butter Cereal Bars</strong>:</em><br />
</br></p>
<blockquote><p>2 cups dry cereal<br />
1/3 cup + 1 T peanut butter (can sub for almond/cashew)<br />
1/3 cup + 1 T sweetener of choice (I used brown rice syrup and maple syrup)

<em>Now just follow these easy preparation steps:</em><br />

<blockquote><p>1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.<br />

2. In a large mixing bowl, add your dry cereal and set aside.<br />

3. Stovetop or in the microwave, melt your nut butter with your sticky sweetener and then pour the mixture into the crispy rice cereal and mix well.<br />

4. Pour mixture into the lined baking tray and press firmly into place. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.<br />

5. Cereal bars are fine at room temperature but best to kept in the freezer or fridge for best texture.</p></blockquote>

3/4 cup honey<br />
2 3/4 cups oats<br />
1 TBSP chia seeds<br />
1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries<br />

<p>Only 6 easy steps to make these delicious and healthy<strong>&nbsp;No-Bake Granola Bars:</strong><br />
&nbsp;</p>
<blockquote><p>1) In a saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey. Stir until melted.</p>
<p>2) Add oats and other mix-ins and stir to combine.</p>
<p>3) Press mixture into a 9×9 baking pan lined with wax or parchment paper.</p>
<p>4) Allow to set up for several hours or overnight.</p>
