These popular, crunchy, crispy Roasted Chickpea Snacks are low-fat and easy to make.<br />
Watch how to make a quick bowl of these healthy and delicious treats in a short video.</p>

The ingredients are simple:</p>
<blockquote><p> &#8211; 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)<br />
 &#8211; salt for seasoning</p></blockquote>

The instructions are simple, too:</p>
<blockquote><p>1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F / 220 degrees C<br />

2. Pour a can of drained chickpeas onto a non-stick baking tray<br />
</br><br />
3. season all the chickpeas with salt<br />
</br><br />
4. place your baking tray into the oven for 30 minutes<br />
